Relationships shape who we are, who we become, and how we experience the world—and when they feel strained or disconnected, every part of our lives is impacted. Helping people find their way back to one another is work I feel honored to do.

As a therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), I believe conflict and distance often mask unmet attachment needs and emotions longing to be understood. My role is to create a "brave space" where those deeper experiences can be explored and responded to in new ways. Clients often tell me I'm approachable and genuine. Therapy is vulnerable work, and I bring warmth, curiosity, compassion, and humor into our sessions.

I'm also a lifelong learner, regularly pursuing advanced training and consultation to bring fresh insight and effective strategies into the therapy room. Through ongoing mentorship with respected EFT clinicians and trainers, I stay connected to the latest thinking in the field—support that allows me to help clients from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: When people develop more resources emotionally, real change becomes possible. Whether you're a couple longing to reconnect or a family navigating conflict, I'm committed to helping you build stronger bonds and deeper connection. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.

I live in Memphis, TN with my husband, three unruly pets, and several half-dead houseplants. When I'm not working with my wonderful clients, I enjoy reading, knitting, crochet, long walks and bike rides, traveling to state & national parks, cooking elaborate meals, and enjoying live music locally.
